A traditional mild Thai style curry with green chillies and coconut, great with chicken.
A classic sauce to go with chicken. If you prefer a thinner sauce add a little coconut milk.
Try pouring over roasted salmon fillets and serve with rice and green veg for an easy supper.
Fry diced pork and pour over sauce to heat through. Serve with finely sliced red chilli, spring onion ribbons and chopped fresh coriander.
